The report must include information regarding goals and outcomes relating to student performance, and a look forward at the school year ahead.

Citizens’ Requests of the Board
Sam Barlow High School Track and Field Coach Scott Jones asked the board to review whether track and field improvements scheduled for SBHS will allow that facility to be on par with the track and field components at Gresham High School. The improvements are a part of the school bond projects taking place at Barlow High School. Mr. Jones shared he believed there should be equity and equality across the district, to include track and field.

Superintendent’s Report
The superintendent shared that she has hosted several Key Communicator sessions in the last several weeks and she has been pleased with the engagement of staff, parents, and community members as well as the feedback received. She also thanked the District’s negotiations team for their work with the Gresham-Barlow Education Association’s negotiations team to reach a tentative agreement.
